EXCHANGE & RETURNS

  • All sales are final. No Refunds.
  • Items must be returned in the whole original packaging and cannot be used, altered, or damaged.
  • You may arrange your exchange via email (info@thenoteofficial.com) from Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  •  Only the new, marked-down price may be exchanged by clients in the event of a price markdown brought about by a sales campaign.
  • Items that have been used or mistreated cannot be exchanged.
  • Within three days of the delivery, damaged goods may only be claimed. Items that are damaged must be reported within three days after delivery if purchased online.
  • It might take up to TWO weeks to finalise swaps and claims.
  • Exchanges are not permitted for products that are on promotion.
