HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

On ordinary days, orders will be delivered in three to five working days; on sale days, orders will be delivered in four to seven working days. Orders placed on gazetted holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed the next business day. Orders may experience brief delays during peak hours or when information must be verified. Orders made online must pass a fraud status check before they may be processed further, pending clearance from our payment processor. Payments for all cash-on-delivery options will be taken from the shipping address. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as the purchase ships; be sure to also check your spam and junk mail bins.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

It can be sent to your house, place of employment, or drop location; a post office box will never be accepted.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

We provide free complimentary delivery for our customers.

WHICH DELIVERY COURIER WILL SUBMIT THE ORDER?

It is contingent upon the shipping method and the delivery region. We will provide you an email with the courier's details and tracking information as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED AND I'M NOT HOME?

You have to contact the courier company to arrange another delivery time suitable for you.

WHAT WILL BE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR COD?

The maximum amount for COD will be Rs. 10,000. Orders above Rs. 10,000 will be paid in advance in our bank account.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
